LARGE INTERNATIONAL COMPANY is looking for Company Lawyer.

Main responsibilities:
- Provide legal service and consultancy to the company regarding legal issues in commercial law, enforcement law, labor law, criminal law and litigation;
- Combine legal expertise with business knowledge;
- Analyse and review all documents related with sales, incentives, promotions, catalogues, price lists, etc. and all printed materials regarding the compliance with tax legislation, independent status of the representatives;
- Draft, analyse, review and approve all business; employment, suppliers’, sales representatives’ and sales leaders’, etc. contracts and make risk analysis
- Prepare the board resolutions;
- Represent the company in the courts, conduct litigation and follow-up case files; cases at the court regarding personnel, employment, suppliers and other company issues;
- Relations with the municipality and local administrations.

Requirements:

- University degree from Law Department;
- 3-4 years of in-house Lawyer experience (international company);
- English (Excellent);
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, team-work oriented, able to work in a high pressure, dynamic work environment.
