LAWYER (part time)
Company is looking for an experienced and high qualified professional for the position: Lawyer.
Requirements
Male \ Female; 30 - 40 years old; University degree; Fluent English; From 5 years experience
The main responsibilities: To compile, check & revise all the contracts, concluded by the
company; To revise and make necessary changes into company's statutory documents; To represent
company in all legal matters in state institutions, including courts; To support finance & sales
in bad debts recovery; To support other functions when the legal advise is required

Required skills\abilities: Good knowledge of Ukrainian legislation; Previous successful
experience in representation client in court; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Goal
& Task orientation, flexibility; Ability to plan & control, to manage time; Strong analytical
skills, presentation skills, attention to details
